Step 1
📝 Consultation & Goals
We will start with a virtual meeting to get to know each other. I will take you through an extensive assessment to dig deep into why you want to make this change and what your fitness goals are. I want to know where you are at currently and where you want to go.
Step 2
💪 Weekly Workouts
After our consultation and goal setting session I will then develop personalized weekly workouts that I will send to you. These routines will be informed by our consultation and personally designed to help you achieve your goals.
Step 3
💻 24/7 Email and Text Support
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, I am available to help answer questions, provide feedback, or change things up. Joining the Online Personal Training gets you 24/7 email and text support directly from me.
